Every magazine has a first page.
Ours was Numéro 1, Landscape, in 2019. It began with a simple conviction: that the nude deserves a serious, contemporary home. Not a provocation, not a product, but an art form with a long and noble lineage, made by photographers who treat the body the way a painter treats light.
By our first anniversary, Numéro 5, that conviction had become a community. Photographers from around the world were sending us their finest work. Models and muses were lending their presence to images built to last. What started as one publisher’s belief had become a shared one.
Fifty-nine editions on, with Blanc, it has become a movement. A magazine that puts the artist behind the lens first, the art before the sale, and the people who make it possible at the center of everything we publish.
